We provide onsite or classroom training in every aspect of safety as it pertains to our industry. CBW was part of a captive insurance company with an RCA score of 973 out of 1000 before becoming A Service Logic Company. We have proudly earned the ABC STEP Award in 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2021 and have maintained a .61 EMR.

Employee Training
Every new hire receives a minimum of 2 days of safety training prior to beginning any type of work at CBW. Throughout each year our safety manager ensures that all field personnel are certified in OSHA 10 & 30, First Aid/CPR/AED, and excavation. All safety classes administered by CBW adheres to all OSHA guidelines and is directly from the CFR Code of Federal Regulations, Construction 29 CFR 1926, General Industry 1910, as well as EM-385 and NFPA 70E. Our 2-day New Hire Safety Training class includes the following certifications:
- Permit requires confined space
- Loto lock out tag out
- Fall protection
- Silica awareness
- Forklift & scissor lift operator

CBW has been a part of ISN for the over 9 years. We are also part of Avetta and Highwire. Our Safety program and records are audited quarterly, this includes our OSHA 300A, 50+ RAVS Written Safety Programs and Policies.
